We hope you’ll join us Sunday, Nov. 9, 2025, at Ed Smith Stadium for Bowls of Hope – one of the community’s largest and most popular events.

️️ Event timeline

  • Sponsor entry: 10 a.m.
  • Field-side VIP seating ($150): 10:30 a.m.
    Experience Bowls of Hope with covered seating overlooking the Orioles’ field. Includes:
    • Three 8 oz. soup tasting cups
    • A handcrafted ceramic bowl
    • Early admission with quick check-in
    • Reserved parking and seating
  • General admission ($40): 11 a.m.
    Enjoy Bowls of Hope with:
    • Three 8 oz. soup tasting cups
    • A handmade ceramic bowl to take home
  • Kids ($15): 11 a.m.
    Includes:
    • Three 8 oz. soup tasting cups
      (Does not include a ceramic bowl)

Gather with family and friends to enjoy delicious soups, breads, desserts and more, served by dozens of the area’s finest restaurants and caterers.

Guests also have the opportunity to select from beautiful, handcrafted bowls to keep – all donated by local potters, artists and students – signifying the empty bowls filled through your generous support.

Updated tax guidelines for using donor advised funds and IRA distributions for event sponsorships.

Under current IRS regulations, Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) and IRA Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) may be used to sponsor fundraising events; however, any associated benefits—such as event tickets—must be declined in order for the contribution to remain fully tax-compliant.

If you wish to attend the event, you may separately purchase up to 10 tickets using a personal or business account. Tickets for Bowls of Hope are $100 each. Click here for additional guidance on using DAFs and IRA Distributions for Event Sponsorships.

Please note: Previous IRS rules allowed nonprofits to deduct the value of tickets from a sponsorship when funded by a DAF. This is no longer permitted.
